Make that room look bigger

Just because your room is small doesn't mean that you cannot have a 'larger-looking' room. On the contrary you can still have a large-looking room by faking it. And that can be done by using the right colors on the room's walls and the ceilings. So what colors can effectively bring out that change inside your room? One suggestion is to use lighter colors. The lighter the color of the paint, the more space will appear inside your room. It was been said that white and other lighter shades can maximize the space, while the darker colors can only make the space appear small. It is also suggested to use different shades of one color when re-painting the room inside the house. For example, why not try white and the many variations of white, like off-white. Steps like these can help open up space inside the room.
